Happy Friday, quick question....where the heck has this week gone? I am not sure if it's the dark nights or because it's half term so we are out of our routine but I couldn't tell you what I've done most of this week if I tried.
I've got an exciting order on the way, which I can't flipping wait to arrive & show you all. I know you are all going to love some of the pieces.
What have you all got planned this weekend? We are going to the fire works in Rawdon & on a pumpkin trail I can't wait it'll be super lovely.
I tried my collagen powder in a smoothie & it did work so much better. I've been having a bedtime smoothie which is honey, oats, collagen powder, almond milk & cinnamon, it's such a cosy smoothie & it'll deffs be something I'll be keeping up to.
This week we will be chatting about taking a step back from situations, high vibrational foods, Caribbean Calcite & It Starts With Us.

Healing
One thing I know most of my clients struggle with is being over stimulated & being able to take a step back from a situation to calm down & then tackle things with a clear head. We are expected to work, look after the house, think of what to cook, then cook, laundry & the list goes on & on & on. It's no wonder we get over stimulated. I know my issue used to be the washing, I hated the washing so much & it would trigger me into an absolute melt down. I would be having a right paddy over flipping washing?! How ridiculous.
When you get over stimulated it's super hard to bring yourself back from that. Then you end up in a spiral, everything goes wrong & you end up even more stressed. Here are some tips for when you feel yourself getting over stimulated:
Take a minute & do some deep breathing. Close your eyes breathe in for 4 hold then breathe out for 4 keep doing this until you can feel your whole body relax.
Realising that you have to do this stuff anyway so you can either do it with a happy heart or with an angry heart. The choice is yours & you're in control of your emotions.
Make the task more appealing, so for me I love using gorgeous smelling products so using yummy smelling unstoppables makes it such a nicer experience for me.
Telling yourself how grateful tomorrows you will be if todays you does the tasks that you need to do.
Put on a podcast, audiobook or music to take your mind off what you're doing & distract you so your mind can't spiral, time also passes so much quicker when you do this.
Wellbeing

Did you know that the foods you eat can effect your vibrations? You eat shit you feel like shit? So makes sense right?!
Raising your vibration helps your mental health, helps you heal & helps you on your manifestation journey. If that doesn't help you to want to treat your body in the right way I don't know what will.
When we are tired & stressed it's super hard to stay on track, I know this better than anyone. Since I have been on my healing journey my taste in food has definitely changed. I am by no means where I want to be but I am more mindful about what I put into my body (I just need to get the exercise part locked in ha)

Eating high vibrational foods is a cycle: you feel happier, you have more energy, you sleep better so you feel happier & you have more energy. You will have a better mindset, you make better choices & it's easier to follow your dreams.

What's Good This Week

Yaaaaay I loved this. If you haven't read it ends with us you absolutely need to because it starts with us is the second book. Do you know when you watch a movie, then you think I wonder what they are all doing now.....well this is that book.
It ends with us is full of drama & trauma but it starts with us is the actual happy ending to the first book. It's a little bit of a slow burner compared to the first book but I think it needed to be. You needed to know Lilly & Atlas were going to be ok & their love would eventually be able concour all.
You know them boys that make you feel head over heels for them but they treat you horribly and it's a rollercoaster of emotions, you spend more time crying than actually being happy but somehow they manage to make you think that they are the love of your life & you can't live without them. Well that's Ryle.
Atlas is the safe love, the kind & considerate love that makes you feel supported & like you're a team. Nothing is quite as dramatic & passionate but they are your home. They are your safe space. The kind of love that makes you feel contentment. Atlas is the love you want in your life.
I hope everyone finds their Atlas & I'm super happy I found mine.
I'm giving this book an 8/10 because I think Colleen could of added a smish more drama from Ryle but after the criticism she got for her it ends with us I'm not surprised she went safer with this one.
