Happy Friday Guys,
How are you all? Have you had a good week? I know some of you will of received the best news ever this week, that Queensway Primary is going to stay open. I was so happy for everyone when I saw the news it made my day. It's such an important school in the community for the children & I'm over the moon for everyone that it's not closing down. Everyone faught so hard it made my heart so happy.
This weekend we've got Miss Peytons Christmas carol service, sleepover with her bestie & hopefully Guiseley Christmas light switch on if the weather holds off. It'll be a lovely festive weekend & I can't wait. Usually I hate Christmas but this year I'm determined to enjoy every single second. What has everyone else got planned?
This week we will be chatting about bullies in the work place, sea moss, honey calcite & the book review this week is Confessions by Colleen Hoover.
So as always grab your coffee get cosy & let's get into this weeks issue of Coffee With Chloe

Healing
We spend most of our time at work (unfortunately) & when someone is making our lives difficult at work it's the worst feeling in the world.
You're not going to be everyone's cup of tea & that's just a fact of life. Not everybody is going to like you & that is absolutely ok. The trouble starts when you put so many different personalities into a small space & make them spend 8 hours together each day.
So how can you stop bullies in their tracks at work without stapling their eyelids shut because that is more than likely going to end up with you getting sacked.
There are a few things you need to remember when people are mean for no apparent reason:
It's their issue not yours
Happy people are not mean
You can't control other peoples actions only your reaction
You can't argue with stupid
Don't react negatively to them in any way at all, they will almost always use this against you
Meet their hostility with kindness, ask if there's anything you can do to help them if they are overwhelmed
Leave anything work related at work, as I said in my first point it's their issue not yours there is absolutely no good to come of you sitting at home worrying & trying to analyse every single thing they do because it doesn't even make sense to them never mind you
Well-being

I've been taking Sea Moss this week & I'm pleasantly surprised how incredible I feel. I've tried lots of different concoctions on my journey to feel more energised & I think I may of just found the ticket. I've been taking it in gummy bear form which are super cute & take away from the fact that they don't taste so good. Since having my gallbladder removed I've been struggling so I have been endlessly searching for a natural remedy.
The benefits that were listed were pretty impressive & I'm actually feeling most of them.
Increases energy
Helps weight loss
Improves digestion
Improves thyroid function
Relieves joint & muscle pain
Boosts immune system
Helps with sore throat's & respiratory issues
Improves skin
I'd absolutely 1000% recommend sea moss to anyone because I've honestly never felt better.

What's Good This Week

I absolutely loved this book, well of course I did because it's Colleen & I love all her books. One of my gorgeous client saw I was reading it & said she loved it & it was so underrated & she was absolutely right.
It's full of twists & when you think someone has a deep dark secret it turns out to actually be the most beautiful secret. You go the whole book thinking Owen is a bad boy but he's the sweetest, kindest boy you could ever imagine.
It's quite sad in places but it's got the absolute best ending & everyone really does get their comeuppance. Love wins in the end as it always does. It's heart wrenching & heart warming all at the same time.
10/10 I adored it. If anyone wants to borrow let me know & I'll save it for you.
Have the best weekend ever angels. Lots of love
