How on earth is it Friday again?! Have you all had the best week? Miss Peyton turned 10 this week which I also can't believe, me & Gareth first met when we were 18 but then when we actually met later in life & became a couple Peyton was 3!! 3!! Now she is double digits and I don't even know where all that time has gone.
We walk around all week in a daze waiting for the weekend. Thinking we've just got to get through these next few days then It'll be the weekend. I remember when I was little & time seemed to stand still a year went by so slowly now it goes by in the blink of an eye.
My goal going forward is to make the most of Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday as well as the weekends. I am going to start making every day fun not just the weekend.
Did anybody try my Cacao recipe? How did you get on with it if you did? Let me know in the comments.
So grab your drink of choice, get cosy & let's get in to this weeks issue of Coffee with Chloe
Healing

The only true way to heal is to let go of your past. Let go of the hate, let go of the hurt, let go of the anger, let go of the shame, let go of you limiting beliefs. To reach your higher self you can not take these things on the journey with you. You need to leave them where they belong & that is very much in the past.
Everyone has been hurt, everyone has lost someone they loved, everyone has felt pain in some way.
Who can honestly hold their hands up & say they have never hurt other people as well?! I know I certainly can't. We are not saints, we are human. We all make mistakes & when you can finally let go of your ego, take a long hard look at yourself, look at your own faults rather than blaming other peoples faults for the shitty things that have happened to you in your life, that is when you can finally make the changes you need to make & move on. It doesn't matter what you have done in the past, all that matters is how you have grown from that mistake.
Wellbeing

This week I have been giving dry brushing a go. I have been absolutely loving it. You get a hard bristled body brush start off at your feet and in circular motions work your way up your whole body to your neck. The benefits include exfoliation, helping improve blood circulation, improving the appearance of cellulite & helping you to feel calm by stimulating your nervous system.
My skin is super smooth & soft. It really did help to make me feel calm & peaceful I looked forward to this little routine every day. The best time to do dry brushing is in the morning before you have a shower, because it exfoliates this helps get rid of the dead skin in the shower by washing it away. The bristles are quite hard & can cause redness so if you have sensitive skin it might not be for you. I don't have sensitive skin but my skin was quite red after every use. My dry brush was £7.99 from amazon but prices can be much higher.
Overall I am giving this a 10/10 just for the simple fact my skin has felt super clean & soft all week.
Now next weeks test might seem super silly to you, however at this moment in time I have been terrible at drinking water & my energy has DROPPED!! So I will be giving up everything fizzy, sugary & caffeinated to see if water is actually the bee all & end all to overall health.
Crystals
Angel Aura £15.00
Angel Aura was my very first crystal I bought when I started practising Reiki so it holds a very special place in my heart.
Not only is it so so beautiful but this crystal holds some incredible power. Bringing balance & calm to the mind & body. Clearing limiting beliefs. Increasing your energy & healing you physically & mentally. This crystal gives that girl energy, makes you feel in control of your life & emotions.
Cleansing your aura & aligning your chakras the perfect stone for new & exciting journeys, making you feel protected.
What's Good This Week

I didn't want this to end. I now want to divorce my husband & marry Ledger. I read this book by Wednesday because I couldn't put the damn thing down.
It is a truly heart wrenching tale of the strongest woman who's lost her daughter after one traumatic night.
She does everything she can to earn back trust & never looses hope. I can't say too much without giving the tale away and I absolutely don't want to ruin this for anybody.
Every Colleen Hoover book I read I think it is my favourite until I read the next one then that is my new favourite. I almost don't want to read another one of her books because I want this one to be my forever favourite. This book also fits in so well with my banging on about forgiveness all week.
I'm giving Reminder of him 11/10. Next week I am going to be reading My Dark Vanessa as recommended by one of my beautiful clients. If you have any recommendations for me drop them below in the comments.
Have the very best weekend you guys. Love you all so much Chloe Elizabeth xx

I hope you like the book! It's not an easy read but I couldn't stop thinking about it 😬 do you have any cosy/magical book recommendations? I need a break from murder and crime 🤣
